Our Quality Promise
We want you to feel completely confident wearing your Iraivi garment. Because our products include both standard ready-to-wear pieces and custom-tailored designs, please note the following policies:
Ready-to-Wear Items & Festive Sarees
Standard, unaltered sarees and ready-to-wear blouses may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Custom-Tailored & Bridal Blouses
Garments tailored to individual customer measurements or custom embroidery orders cannot be returned for a monetary refund, as they are crafted specifically for you. However, we provide complimentary fitting adjustments within 14 days of delivery. If minor alterations are needed, our team will gladly assist you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged in transit or differs from what you ordered, please contact us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund.
